Multi-sensor compatible input support thermocouples (types K, J, T, E, etc.) and PT100 thermal resistors dual-mode input, which can be switched via software configuration. The measurement range of thermocouples covers -200℃ to 1300℃, and PT100 thermal resistors cover -200℃ to 600℃, meeting the needs of industrial medium and high temperature monitoring. Built-in nonlinear correction algorithm ensures the full-range measurement accuracy reaches **±0.1%FS**, temperature drift ≤15ppm/℃, and long-term stability ≤0.05% FS per year. Flexible output signals provide 4-20mA analog current and 0-10VDC analog voltage dual output options, and the mapping relationship can be independently configured through software (such as linearly converting -50℃~150℃ to corresponding signals). The output load capacity reaches 500Ω, supporting direct access to control systems such as PLC and DCS. |
