The measurement accuracy reaches ±1℃ (in the core range of 25 - 250℃), and the temperature resolution is 0.1℃, avoiding problems such as burnt pizza edges and uneven bread fermentation caused by temperature deviation. Adaptive PID temperature control algorithm Adopts a hybrid algorithm of "Adaptive PID + Fuzzy Control", which can automatically adjust the temperature control parameters according to the oven load (such as preheating an empty oven, full-oven baking).
