Instruction for Use of CSK-IA Test Block
The CSK-IA test block is a standard test block specified in China's pressure equipment non-destructive testing standard NB/T 47013《Non-destructive Testing of Pressure Equipment.
Derived from the improvement of the traditional IW test block, the CSK-IA test block has the following main applications:
Determine the incident point and front edge length of the angle probe using the R100mm curved surface; |
Measure the refraction angle of the angle probe using the 50mm and 1.5mm circular holes; |
Evaluate the deviation of the acoustic beam axis of the angle probe using the right-angle edge of the test block; |
Calibrate the horizontal linearity, vertical linearity, and dynamic range of the flaw detector using the 25mm thickness; |
Adjust the longitudinal wave detection range and scanning speed using the 25mm thickness; |
Regulate the transverse wave detection range and scanning speed using the R50mm and R100mm curved surfaces; |
Test the resolution of the angle probe using the three stepped holes with depths of 50mm, 44mm, and 40mm. |
