Description

HY-3D displacement (differential expansion) monitoring and protecting device uses CWY-DO proximity sensor to achieve axial displacement (differential expansion measuring and protecting. Axial displacement (differential expansion) monitoring device uses proximity sensor as primary element- a kind of non contacting sensor, widely used in power, mechanical, chemical and metallurgy firms, its principle of measuring displacement is used proximity effect when measured object in high frequency electromagnetic field. The advantages of this kind of sensor have wide linearity range, high precision and sensitivity, wide frequency response, good temperature property, the value inspected will not be influenced by other medium e.g. oil vapor.


Characteristics

1. High intelligentized, parameters can be set on screen, suitable for
on-line monitor in a long term, easy to install and commissioning.
2.Axial displacement output display, minus and positive alarm value can
be set according to customer, minus and positive trip relay output,
contact output DC27V/2A or AC220V/2A
3. Up and lower limit of full scale can be set according to required, 4-20mA currency output.
4. Measuring probe installation direction can be set on screen, and installation zero position can be adjusted.
5. Auto memorize trip shutoff operating, auto monitor shutdown. Trace maximum value of sampling signal.
