Description

HY-3500 steam turbine monitoring and protecting device is high reliability, full digitized, and modularized, combined device. It is indispensable device used for inspecting steam turbine running condition. It is combined by modules of vibration, speed, axial displacement, eccentricity, heat expansion, reciprocating cylinder, oil level in oil tank and oil temperature. Customer can choose channel amount, channel content, single or double channel according to their requirement. It can provide many parameters measuring for turbine safe running and predicting for turbine condition. It is easy to install and maintain, simple to operate, high reliability.



Features:

1. Modularized designed, customer can combine several inspecting systems according to requirement, good expansibility;
2. High intelligentized, all parameters can be set and reviewed on the screen buttons
3. Every channel has its own stable power module, no interferer within channels.
4. There are independent microprocessor and high precision A/D and D/A conversion circuit in every channel, so, for each channel, it can work as single channel or double channel.
5. Every channel can output 4-20mA current analog output, an independent secondary alarm on-off output;
6. Auto memorize and review maximum value of detected;
7. Suitable for on-line monitoring for a long term, easy to install and commissioning, no site maintenance is required.
8. Password protection for parameters configuration.
