Introduction
| The tension control method of ZXM- 32 taper tension controller is to detect the number of running pulse of rewinding or unwinding shaft by Hall switch. When the pulse count reaches the preset pulse value of the controller, the tension output increases or decreases by one unit, so as to realize the taper tension control of unwinding or unwinding. The main circuit of the tension controller adopts PWM constant current switching circuit to replace the conventional bulky transformer power supply circuit, so it has the characteristics of light weight, small volume and high constant current precision. The controller operation panel adopts micro-touch switch to make the operation more convenient, and the output current adopts LED digital tube to make the display more intuitive.
