Testermeter-GK-10 analog correction controller
Introduction
The GK- 10 analog deviation correction controller has the functions of ordinary digital deviation correction and analog deviation correction control. When selecting digital deviation correction control, single electric eye and double electric eye can be used as deviation correction control, and when analog deviation correction control is selected, an ordinary photoelectric eye with analog signal output can be used as color correction control or side correction control. In the aspect of sensitivity adjustment, the controller adopts automatic intelligent adjustment to simplify the operation, and the output adopts special frequency conversion drive circuit to drive AC synchronous motor (patented technology) so that the speed of correcting deviation response is fast and the accuracy is high. The deviation correction system can be used for all kinds of coils, such as reel paper film, not dry. Adhesive paper, metal foil, non-woven fabric, weaving and other coil materials for high-speed and accurate deviation correction work, mainly used in printing and packaging, paper, film, textile and other industries need to control the edge straightening situation. GK-10 analog deviation correction controller technology is simplified design in GK-9 deviation correction controller, it has the characteristics of complete functions, low price, simple operation and so on. |
